给wordpress文章添加关键词内链链接的方法代码

测试了一下，很有用，目前站内所有文章已经全部自动添加了tag标签了，效果还行。

执行的方法不是通过插件，而是在主题的 functions.php 文件里面添加一个方法。

注意：文章有很多的标签，只会给第一次出现的tag标签添加一个链接指向，其他的不添加。
